The pen top also has a built-in laser pointer (red laser) that is convenient for use in meetings and when making presentations. The laser pointer is powered by a replaceable battery (included with the pen) that with normal use should last months. In addition, this is a fully functional ball-point ink pen that provides smooth writing in black ink. The ink cartridges are easily replaceable with standard ink refill cartridges should the ink ever run out.
