Verbatim Store 'n' Go 4 GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive with ReadyBoost 95236 (Red) Review
I'm been using this daily for about a month now and am running Thunderbird as a portable app on it, and it's fast enough for that. After reading about all the speed issues on other USB drives, I opted to pay a little more for the Verbatim brand and am glad I did. The case is a little disappointing though. It looks like it's metal of some kind in the online pictures but it's actually less-than-tough plastic.
